• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• The email address and mobile number provided during registration must remain active.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and use services on 13betbdt. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to provide the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of name match with Mobile Pay/Nagad account
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Selfie or Live Face Verification

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC has not been completed. We recommend completing KYC before making your first withdrawal.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses not used within that time will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500.
• Duplicate Bonus: The same individual or members of the same household are not eligible to claim the same bonus more than once.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Any disputed match results in Sports Betting will be verified against official sources.

Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical glitch or bug in a game will be voided, and the account involved will be subject to investigation.

13betbdt is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Bonus Abuse or Exploiting Offer Terms
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Attempting to hack or crack the gaming software
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Collusion or Match Fixing with Other Users
• Attempting to complete KYC using fraudulent identification documents

13betbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms Violation
• When suspicious or unusual activity is detected
• If a discrepancy is found in KYC documents during verification
• At the User's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any existing balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, provided KYC has been completed.

13betbdt is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from internet connection interruptions
• Issues arising from delays by third-party payment gateways
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen natural disasters

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be referred to an independent international arbitration body for a neutral settlement.

These Terms are governed by international gaming law and the regulations of 13betbdt's licensor. Where any conflict exists with Bangladeshi law, users are responsible for complying with their local laws.
